1. The basic requirement of packaging is that the box should be solid and there should be no gaps. The standard is that there is no shaking, and the seam of the box is pressed hard to prevent the tape from falling off. At the same time, it is necessary to take into account the natural fall from a height of 2 meters to ensure that it will not be damaged.

    2. The packaging of air cargo should be particularly strengthened, because road transportation generally requires 1-2 loading and unloading, while air transportation may have 6-7 loading and unloading processes.

    3. The weight of a single piece does not exceed 50 kg; the length of a single piece of benchmark goods shall not exceed 180 cm; the sum of the length and width of board goods shall not exceed 150 cm; for too small items, the small package cannot be smaller than the size of the waybill.

    4. Strictly prohibit the shipment of mother-in-child packages (referring to two independent items combined into one item by simple bundling and entanglement).

    5. Generally, you are not afraid of falling and soft items (such as clothing, bags, plush toys) can be packaged in plastic bags (PAK bags) to reduce transportation costs, but pay attention to sealing.

    6. Use plastic film or plastic paper to make a layer of packaging for all internal items.

    7. For items originally packaged for sale, general merchants have considered the risk of transportation, and can add 1 layer of foamed film on the outside, then add 2 to 3 layers of kraft paper and wrap it with tape repeatedly.

    8. When packing by yourself, you can choose 3~5 layers of boxes according to the different conditions of the contents. In order to reduce the cost, you can customize a batch of different specifications of cartons by way of group purchase.

    9. For general items that you pack, you can prepare some waste newspapers, tear them apart, crush them, and fill them in the box (of course, sponge or foam fragments are better).

    10. The outer packaging of drum-shaped articles shall not be shorter than the inner parts. For articles with longer dimensions and easy to break, the outer packaging shall be a drum lined with solid round sticks or hard plastic.
