    The "Express Tracking and Inquiry Information Service Specification" applies to the tracking and inquiry information services of domestic express, international express and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan express provided by express service organizations. The contents of the "Express Tracking and Inquiry Information Service Specification" are divided into two categories: mandatory and optional.

Decided to further open up the domestic express delivery market to promote fair and orderly competition between domestic and foreign capital.     In 2009, the new "Postal Law" was promulgated and implemented, and foreign logistics companies that had already started express delivery services in the Chinese market began to apply for domestic express permits from the Chinese government.

    Foreign express delivery has always been optimistic about the growth prospects of the Chinese market. Not only small and medium express companies, but even large express companies will face severe challenges; on the other hand, foreign express giants have mature business models and have competitive advantages in management and information technology. These will prompt domestic express companies to strengthen their management and improve service quality.

    On November 11, 2019, the State Post Bureau issued a forecast: It is estimated that during the period from 11 to 18, the express mail business volume handled by the express industry will reach 2.8 billion pieces. In order to make up for the lack of terminal delivery capacity during peak hours, various express companies have generally strengthened terminal personnel, venues, and vehicle reserves, and have temporarily supplemented nearly 400,000 people. "Four cannot be arbitrary", that is, no fines can be arbitrarily imposed, distribution fees cannot be arbitrarily reduced, indicators cannot be arbitrarily set, and settlement fees cannot be deducted arbitrarily.
