Reference aging

♦ The reference delivery time is 4~7 working days. Calculated from the time the service provider ARAMEX receives the goods, under normal circumstances, it will take 3 working days in Dubai and 1-2 working days in other countries. The delivery timeliness is closely related to the customs clearance time and flight arrangements of the destinations.

It should be noted that the special line in the Middle East cannot find the receipt picture, but you can check the receipt time and person's name on the aramex website;

3) After 5-12 working days after the parcel is sent out, the customer can submit the inquiry request to our customer service department, and the inquiry reply normally takes 3 working days.

Volume limit

1) The volume of the Middle East special line mail parcel is conventionally limited to 120*50*50 cubic centimeters;

2) The calculation formula for the volume weight of the mail parcel on the Middle East special line is: length * width * height CM/5000. If the volume weight of the mail packet is greater than the actual weight, the volume weight will be charged;

3) Weight: If the weight exceeds 30KG, please consult our customer service in advance.

Restricted items

♦ All goods that cannot be mailed or restricted in accordance with the provisions of international aviation regulations, such as dangerous goods such as drugs, powder, munitions, liquids, flammable and explosive materials, and goods restricted to be imported by Middle Eastern countries. Return service
